Delivery Time
Once collected, delivery typically takes up to 5 additional working days, depending on the destination country.

Cold Chain Products
Products that require refrigeration are shipped using priority service. They are collected on the 7th working day and delivered the next working day to maintain product integrity.

Shipping Area
We ship exclusively within Europe.

Please note that occasional delays of 1 to 2 working days may occur due to carrier operations.

Tracking Number
Once DHL or FedEx collects your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if necessary.

Shipment Updates
All delivery updates are sent directly by the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.

Tracking Delays
Carrier tracking systems may not update in real time. Updates can take several hours to appear.


Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, this is not the responsibility of our company.

Any additional charges resulting from:

• Failed delivery attempts
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Reshipment requests
• Storage fees
• Customs charges
• Special handling fees

must be fully covered by the customer.

If your order has not arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can review the case with the carrier.

7. Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted if an incorrect product was sent. In such cases, we will arrange the return and cover the related shipping costs.

8. Do you ship outside Europe?
No. We ship exclusively within Europe.
